Why Rejuve7 collect your data and what is done with it

When you supply your personal data to Rejuve7  Ltd they are stored and processed for the following reasons:

Rejuve7 need to collect some personal information about you and your health in order to make sure there are no contraindications to your treatment, and for legal requirements. You can refuse to provide the information, however we would not be able to provide a treatment as this form is a legal requirement.

Providing your consent is given we may occasionally send you emails with  our  latest News and offers.

There is a legal obligation to retain your records for seven years after your most recent appointment. After that time your records will be destroyed in a method compliant with GDPR.

Records retained on paper, which is locked in a cabinet within the studio, is only accessible by the owner of Rejuve7 Ltd

We will contact you via phone, email or SMS and may confirm appointments booked and remind you of upcoming appointments.  We consider your having made the appointment as consent to undertake the activity,  but if you want, you can opt out at any time.

If you wish to make contact via social media, this is password protected but for historic issues with privacy associated with social media sites, you may wish to think about what you send to Rejuve7
